Yunnan Boxin Biotech Co., Ltd, was established on Dec. 19 of 2014,  which has two wholly-owned subsidiary companies:Yunnan Boxin-Zaoye Biotech CO., Ltd and Yunnan Boxin-Runsheng Biotech Co.,Ltd. Boxin-Zaoye Biotech is mainly responsible for culturing Haematococcus Pluvialis, and its primary processing; Boxin-Runsheng Biotech is mainly responsible for extracting Astaxanthin Oleoresin, and its end products' R&D.

Yunnan Boxin Bio indutrial park is located at Xicheng Industrial Park of Qujing Economic and Technological Development Zone and covers an area of 545 mu. As a high-tech private company, it has integrated scientific research, cultivation, processing, selling and trading into one, it is specialized in natural plant development and production.Yunnan Boxin has been cooperating with Institute of Hydrobiology, Chinese Academy of Sciences since its start. During the cooperation, we have established Microalgae Engineering Technology Research Center, Expert Workstation, and National Haematoccocus Pluvialis Seed Resource Bank and its Seed Selection Demonstration Base. Together, we have built a R&D team consisting scientific research experts and our company's technique backbones, which allowing us to build an integrated technical system.

Up to 2020, the registered capital and the total asset of the company have been up to RMB 41.8million and RMB 390.2 million respectively, with 153 employees. Here, the photobioreactor haematococcus pluvialis culture base has overed 300 mu, both the drying and production line of haematococcus pluvialis and the production line of extracting astaxanthin oleoresin from 100% Haematococcus Pluvialis powder have been set up with an annual output of 100 ton haematococcus pluvialis powder and 30 ton astaxanthin oil.

In addition to the R & D institution and the professional R&D team, our company has been equipped with advanced inspection and examination devices and also acquired 5 China patents. Due to the advanced Haematococcus pluvialis cultivation technology, large-scale and standardized production hardware facilities, our company has built a modern enterprise management system and strict quality management system, and obtained the "Food Production License" Certificate, passed the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System, ISO22000:2018 Food Safety Management System, HACCP System Certificate. Now, microcapsule astaxanthin powder, astaxanthin series health care products and other plant extract plants are under development in the company.

Thanks to the comprehensive, systematic and rigorous quality management system established in the company, the entire production and management process can be effectively controlled to provide high quality products to customers.
